I have my cousin on ice in my freezer.
After years of dreading seeing her at family functions, and putting up with her rude comments and mean behavior I decided to ice her. And you can too to anyone that has become an annoyance to you.
Putting someone on ice is just one of the binding techniques that you can use to limit someone’s influence in your life and prevent them from doing you harm. Binding charms are simple, yet effective, ways to reduce gossip and remove harmful people from your life. Please note that these types of spells do not violate the Wiccan Rede because you are only removing the person from your life, which is your space and your domain. You are not preventing them from conducting their life elsewhere. You just want them out of your life. This technique is also effective in removing all of the negative responses you have to the person’s actions.
One of the best parts about this simple binding spell is that it can be done quickly and easily. Before you bind someone, make sure that you really do want him or her out of your life. Don’t use this is your friend happened to tick you off the day before, or if your neighbor annoys you. I’ve only done this after I’ve had a consistent or long-term problem with someone, such as my cousin. It was getting the point with her where I was having panic attacks before seeing her. She would call all the time, and make snide remarks veiled in a cloak of niceness. About a year ago, I decided I had enough. I performed the following binding spell and noticed a difference within just a few days. The feeling of release that I felt and comfort in knowing that I would be free of her was life-changing.
All of these binding spells require a picture of the person that you want to bind. If you don’t happen to have a picture you can write down his or her name on a piece of paper and use that instead. The first type of binding is the type I used with my cousin. I gathered my normal ritual items to my altar, and also brought a black candle, a small Tupperware dish filled with water, and the picture of my cousin.
After grounding and centering, casting the circle and calling the corners, I focused on my cousin and the hurtful presence she’d had in my life. I pictured all of my negative feelings toward her and the pain that she had caused. I visualized it coming out of my body through the top of my head and entering the container of water before me. I then took the picture of my cousin, folded it three times and placed it inside of the bowl of water. I repeated to myself “I bind you from hurting me, I bind you from hurting me, I bind you from hurting me.” After I thanked the deities and closed the circle, I placed the container in the back of my freezer. She stopped calling a few weeks later and her presence in my life has been much less since that day.
Remember to use the freezer binding spell with caution. When you perform the spell, you are not only freezing the person’s negative presence in your life, but you are freezing along with it all of your negative feelings toward that person. When you visualize the negativity exiting you and entering the container, you are freeing yourself from holding onto those emotions any longer. There’s no reason for you to hold onto them.
I sincerely hope that you never have a need for this binding spell, but if you do, I assure you that it does work and it will increase the quality of your relationships with others.

i tried a spell, i think it s a binding spell too.
i wrote the persons name on a piece of then i put it in a jar i ve poured some white vinigar on the peice of paper and i let the paper and vinigar stew together, i closed the jar tight, then i lighted a white candle and i’ve focused on the person and then i sad “i have great power within me lord and lady bless and keep me in my hour of need” then after i finished i threw the jar in an abbandond field. and it really worked, the day after the person was banished from my life. that was my first spell and there was no need to do the circle and call the corners.

Hello Rose. I am evaluating this business of spellcasting and learning a lot about it. You have won points with me in particular because you seem to have no problem with acknowledging a higher power, which some Wiccans seem to oppose. Frankly that creeps me out!
I was a little stunned by your binding story because I stumbled into doing something similar quite by chance it would seem some time ago. There is a girl who I seem now to be successfully pushing out of my life at last; no thanks to her placing a spell to bind me to her, I am pretty certain. She had a “stalker,” (Who was also another boyfriend!) and she had, via her imitation of a Simpson’s episode, gotten him to sign his soul over to her on a piece of paper. I did end up sticking the paper into a jar and had that in my freezer for some time, half-jokingly. When I then saw this story on your blog I was a bit amazed!

I have done this with an egg…not having a picture, I draw a face representing the person who I wish to exclude from my life & write their name on it. After doing my spell — I place the egg in the freezer. It works for me! I have done this a few times over many years!
Buying paper in the store is indeed a pain: I’ve been bitten by the wrong thing in the wrong bin too. Now I buy the paper online by the 5-sheet package as Leslie noted above (from Blick last time, I believe). Not only do I get the right stuff, but it comes flat in a nifty cardboard box suitable for storing full sheets of whatever paper.

I’ve been wanting to cast a spell but, my emotions are so overwhelming I think I may cause some damage or possibly a death.

This is VERY effective. I have done it before and it DID work wonders. DO not wish harm on anyone just freedom from their bad influence and negativity. It really just takes a few days for it to work.

I have a question about “unbinding”. When I was in college, many years ago, I casted a “love” binding spell with the hopes that my partner then, would a) leave his girlfriend, and b) would always be with me. Well, long story short, we were in relationship for 6 years until I left to move to another city. During those years we shared a very abusive relationship, both mentally, emotionally, and physically. Despite my leaving town, he and I continued to have contact with one another and expressed a “love” for each other that we really couldn’t explain or let go of.
Well, it has been a little less than a year now and I have not had any contact with him, but I am consistently trying to find his number to call him or send him an email. Simply put, I can’t get him out of my mind and I want to, believe you me, I WANT AND NEED TO!!! How do I “unbind” the spell that I made (it consisted of a poppet and some fabric) and another was carving our names in some wood in a place that would never be found.

I am too upset with my relationship with my husband. We both want to stay with each other but like puspa my mother in law stays with us and then our relationship becomes very bad. she tries to show him that i would dominate him as i earn more and always keeps on praising his son and compares me with him so that i would say that i am also good in anger..she doesnt allow me to send money or help my parents when i am myself earning..when i do so my husband fights with me..i dont want to end this relationship as my husband is a good person and a good father but its just he listens completely to his mother..i am going mad…please give me a spell by which she can move away from my life and stay with other childern. i can’t do the freeze spell as my husband would see it in the freezer…any spell my which my husband atleast understands me.

I am having serious neighbor problems. They have been trying to drive myself and my kids from my apartment for about a year and a half now. I feel very negative energy coming from their apartment upstairs and actually notice a difference when I drive a couple of blocks away. I just want to know if there is any way to get rid of a group of ppl. There are 13+ people living in a three bedroom apartment upstairs from me. I really need some relief from these people and I have no idea what to do about it. I have called police and told the apartment manager. I do know that others have called police about it as well and reported it to our manager. Nothing seems to ever be done about anything that they do. I feel as though they are trying to spiritually crush me and my kids. I don’t have the extra money to move right now but I either need to move or they need to go. Please Help

i have done this for years and trust me it works i just put the persons name on a piece of paper in black pen and fold it and as i fold it i say words that i mean with all my heart that they can never ever contact me again and bind them from doing me harm. Guess what after a few days you will never ever ever hear from them again and put in a container with water and put it at the back your freezer trust me it works
